Policies & Shipping Detail - Gift Baskets Delivered All Over Australia

1. When placing an order, proceed to the checkout, you will be advised of your freight costs at this time. Proceed to the payment gateway, we use Paypal as our payment method. Once your payment as been received by Bears in Boxes your package will be shipped.

2. Your package will be shipped within 72 hours of receiving the order and payment.

3. You can nominate whether to have your package delivered or posted. Delivery will incur a nominal additional fee. Note: delivery is only available within the Sydney Metro area and zones apply.

Due to our website we can only charge a standard fee for delivery, therefore we have nominated a fee of $15.00 for delivery which includes courier delivery and also postal delivery.

4. Deliveries to hospitals for our baby boxes is only available via courier delivery, postage is not available due to timing differences of patients.

5. If you do not have credit card facilities, do not worry, just place a manual order via our internet order form or call us and speak with one of our beary helpful rep's. You can pay by either direct deposit, money order or cheque (note cheques will require clearance prior to delivery). We also have the option of collection of your bear boxes from our Mountn Annan Shop.

6. Approved business may open accounts upon a credit application being received by Bears in Boxes administration department.

7. All prices displaying on our web site include 10% GST.

8. Our gift baskets deliveries are made by our personal couriers for the above NSW zones only, we use Australia Post and other nominated courier companies for deliveries interstate and costs for these deliveries must be made by our office prior to delivery.

9. We offer a return policy on our boxes with a money back guarantee if you are not happy with your product. Goods must be returned without opening or tampering and a full refund will only be given once our product is received and inspected. Any breakages of products within your boxes, can be replaced or partially refunded if required.

10. We have listed all our products and teddy bears on our website for viewing prior to purchase, however in some circumstances, due to supplier changes, some products may differ when delivered. We guarantee that all substitues items will be of equal or greater value when delivered.
